Based in Colwyn Bay, we’re including one hour of travel to your location free of charge for a limited time. This covers the coast between Bangor and Prestatyn and as far inland as Betws-y-Coed or Denbigh. Beyond this, the first 20 miles from Colwyn Bay are free and we’ll charge 35p per mile or per minute above this. (whichever is cheapest)
Travel times/distances are based on Google Maps suggested routes (ignoring traffic) from A55 J21 to your location.
Roof Inspections
Not sure what’s going on in your gutters or if something’s come amiss with your roof tiles? We can help you out quickly and cost-effectively with a complete set of high-resolution imagery covering your entire property.
Please note the prices below are for a standard domestic property such as an individual house or flat.
There’s an additional fee for very large houses (approx above 5 bedrooms) and separate rates for shops, apartment blocks and other commercial property.
£119 – General overview + areas of concern
We’ll provide images of your entire roof and guttering from a short distance (see example) along with close-ups of any suspected defects or areas of interest (as determined by you).
Expect 10-20 images, depending on your property and your instructions.
£159 – Complete roof inspection
Includes the above, plus we’ll provide close-up images of your entire roof and gutters, including chimneys, TV aerials, ridges, valleys, skylights, pipes, lead, seams, edges and absolutely anything else you’ve got up there!
Expect 50-100 images, depending on your property and your instructions.
Also includes two ‘display’ shots of your property free of charge for a limited time!*
£199 – Complete aerial inspection
Includes the above, plus we’ll provide images to give complete coverage of your higher external walls and windows (above the ground floor, excludes walls close to other structures such as in narrow alleyways)
Expect 75 – 125 images, depending on your property and your instructions.

Domestic Photography
Before modern drones, your only real chance at getting an aerial shot of your house was if someone knocked on your door selling a shot of the entire estate taken from a plane. Thankfully, we’ve come a long way since then, and it’s now easier than ever to get a whole collection of brilliant shots showcasing your individual property.
Naturally, this type of photography is great if you’re selling your home, but the images are also really popular as framed gifts
Commercial Photography
When people find your business on Google Maps, are they shown a blurry Street View image? Is it even of the right business?
We can provide high-quality aerial images that make your business premises look their best. Great if you need to give your website, social media cover pics or Google Maps profile a makeover!
Prices start from £149 and are based on the size of the building or property, as well as the number of images required.
Multi-location packages
Do you need images of multiple stores, restaurants or properties? Maybe your website has a store finder full of generic photos?
We can put a discounted package together to provide images for as low as £99 per location with no travel costs!*
Progress shots
Whether you want before-and-after photos of a refurb or want monthly updates on a multi-year construction project, we’ll return again and again to the same location at agreed intervals. Tease your social media followers with how your latest build is coming along, showcase your latest and greatest developments or keep your clients happy with regular updates of your own work.
Discounts start at 20% for multiple visits and can go as low as £79 per visit.
